June stainless alloy surcharge falls in Europe
European stainless steel alloy surcharges are falling by €30/tonne ($33.7/t) in June due to falling nickel prices. Stainless finished product prices are reducing as a result, market sources tell Kallanish.
Stainless hot rolled coils on the spot market are currently sold at €2,010/t ($2,261/t) delivered, down from €2,000/t ex-works. Cold rolled stainless coils have lost €20/t and are now at €2,180/t delivered, sources suggest. June de…
