Xuzhou Baofeng Special invests in new Yancheng mill
China’s Xiangshui county in Yancheng City and steelmaker Xuzhou Baofeng Special Steel officially signed a contract on 22 August to build a new steel plant. The total investment in the project is reported to be CNY 50 billion ($7 billion), and is expected to have a capacity of 8 million tonnes/year after commissioning, Kallanish notes.
