Kardemir celebrates 80th anniversary, eyes 2.9mt production
Turkey’s original steelmaker Kardemir is celebrating the 80th anniversary of steelmaking in Turkey. The firm has produced 51.5 million tonnes of crude steel in that time, and today ranks as the country’s 23rd-largest industrial company, the steelmaker claims.
