Xpeng launches Hong Kong listing to fund expansion
Chinese smart electric vehicle company Xpeng made official its public offering plans in Hong Kong, in a deal expected to raise up to $2 billion, Kallanish reports.
The carmaker said it will offer 85 million new Class A ordinary shares of the company as part of its global offering scheme. Of that, 4.25m shares will be under the Hong Kong offering and 80.75m shares for the international offering.
