Wanli, Terui reorganise for LFP
Shanghai-listed A-share company Chongqing Wanli New Energy (Wanli) and Chongqing Terui Battery Materials (Terui Battery) have announced their reorganisation plans involving asset replacement, issuance of shares to purchase assets, and supporting fundraising. Wanli is expected to replace its conventional lead-acid battery business with lithium iron phosphate (LFP) material development.
