Vitol partners with ITM Power to build hydrogen refuelling stations
UK electrolyser manufacturer ITM Power and Swiss commodity trader Vitol announced on Wednesday a 50-50 joint venture to build green hydrogen refuelling stations in the UK.
Under their partnership, Vitol will invest up to £30 million ($39.5m) in the venture – which was set up by ITM Power in 2020 as a business division and later became a separate legal entity. ITM Power will match that investment, Kallanish learns from the company.
