VinFast to list in the US through SPAC combination
Vietnamese carmaker VinFast is planning a US listing in the second half of the year through a business combination with Black Spade Acquisition Co, Kallanish reports.
The agreement with the New York-listed blank check firm will lead to VinFast having an enterprise value of around $27 billion and an equity value of over $23 billion, the carmaker claims.
