Verne, ARTA partner on hydrogen refuelling solutions
US-based hydrogen technology start-up Verne has partnered with German tank equipment manufacturer ARTA to jointly develop hydrogen refuelling solutions for heavy-duty trucks, Kallanish reports.
Under the partnership, the duo will develop cryo-compressed hydrogen (CcH2) nozzles and receptacles for heavy-duty truck refuelling stations. CcH2 provides higher densities compared to liquid hydrogen systems, while avoiding boil-off losses, Verne said on Wednesday.
