Vedanta pays $246m dues to regain Zambian copper mine
London-based Vedanta Resources, the parent company of Indian mining giant Vedanta, has regained control of the Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) in Zambia after settling dues worth $245.75 million to creditors, Kallanish reports.
