USGS to conduct aerial geophysical surveys in southwest New Mexico
The US Geological Survey and the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources say they will be conducting low-level flights over New Mexico, Kallanish reports.
The project will start in early April and take about eight months to complete, weather permitting. It will cover 10,000 square miles in southwest New Mexico.
