US president-elect Biden picks new Labor, Commerce secretaries
The United Steelworkers labour union is cheering two new picks by president-elect Joe Biden for the offices of Secretary of Labor and Secretary of Commerce, Kallanish reports.
Biden has nominated Boston mayor Marty Walsh as Labor Secretary, replacing President Donald Trump’s pick Eugene Scalia.
