US launches second hydrogen hub with $27.5m award
The second US hydrogen hub has officially been launched following a $27.5 million Department of Energy (DOE) award to the Pacific Northwest Hydrogen Association.
The DOE is investing $7 billion to set up regional clean hydrogen hubs across the country, as part of the Biden Administration’s Infrastructure Law signed in 2021, to meet the country’s net zero by 2050 goal.
