UK’s Pod Point to list on London Stock Exchange
UK electric vehicle charger company Pod Point has started procedures to go public and float its shares on the London Stock Exchange, ahead of an expected boom in charging infrastructure demand.
The initial public offering (IPO) is co-coordinated by Barclays and Bank of America Securities. Pod Point says it will have a free float of at least 25% of issued capital, with its major stakeholder EDF Energy retaining over 50% of the shares, Kallanish reports.
