UK’s EV start-up Arrival floats on Nasdaq
UK electric van and bus start-up Arrival started trading on the Nasdaq on Thursday with a valuation of $13.6 billion, which is believed to be the biggest listing by a UK company.
The initial public offering (IPO) follows the completion of combination with CIIG Merger Corp, a US special purpose acquisition company, on 24 March. Arrival’s stock was floated at $22/share under the ticker ARVL, Kallanish reports.
