UK to support creation of a freeport hydrogen hub
The UK confirmed on Wednesday support for the proposed Freeport East Hydrogen Hub, which is part of eight new “bespoke” freeports to be built across the country.
Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak revealed on his long-awaited Budget 2021 the government will take the “investment-led recovery” approach. Through tax cuts, incentives and funding, the UK plans to boost investments to world-leading levels.
