UK company launches battery testing container project
UK’s Lotus Engineering is launching a pilot project for containerised battery testing facilities to access energy storage solutions for the electric vehicle (EV) sector.
The company says in a statement the so-called BattCon project will feature three “walk-in laboratories” in containers in two sites, one in Norfolk and one in West Midlands. They can be packed up and transported as a mobile testing unit, Kallanish learns.
