UK announces new funding for low-carbon H2 projects
The UK government has committed £21 million ($26.6m) to seven low-carbon hydrogen projects targeting local transport and industry demand, Kallanish finds.
The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) claims that the projects can increase the country’s hydrogen production capacity by a staggering 800 megawatts.
