LITHIUM: Tinci increases investment for project expansion, adjustment
Shenzhen-listed fine chemicals company Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology will expand capacity of its lithium battery material project to 150,000 tonnes/year.
It said on Shenzhen Stock Exchange statements on 3 March that the upgrade will include new liquid lithium hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6) production lines with capacity of 90,000 t/y, Kallanish notes. The previous project layout would produce electrolyte solutions.
