Thyssenkrupp reportedly seeks to keep hydrogen division
German steel producer Thyssenkrupp is reportedly looking for ways to retain its hydrogen electrolysis joint venture Uhde, according to reporting by Reuters.
Citing “...three people familiar with the matter,” Reuters notes that Uhde - a 66:34 joint-venture between Thyssenkrupp and De Nora of Italy - is part of the currently for-sale Thyssenkrupp Uhde Chlorine Engineers business division.
