Tesla to establish energy storage megafactory in Shanghai
US automaker Tesla's Shanghai branch and the administration department of Lingang Special Area, Shanghai, recently held a signing ceremony for the Tesla Megafactory Shanghai Project. This new factory plans to produce ultra-large commercial-use energy storage batteries called Megapacks.
