GRAPHITE: Talga seeks up to $21.7m to fund anode pilot
Australia’s Talga Resources launched on Tuesday two share sale schemes aimed at raising funds to advance its electric vehicle anode (EVA) pilot plant in Sweden, Kallanish reports.
The company is undertaking a fully underwritten placement targeting AUD 25 million ($18.9m) issuing shares at the price of AUD 1.45. This represents a discount of 17.8% to the closing price of AUD 1.76/share on 14 December and 17.3% to the one-month average price of AUD 1.75/share.…
