Swiss government to only procure EVs from this year
Head of Swiss defence department DDPS, Viola Amherd, has announced that the federal administration will only purchase electric vehicles from this year, Kallanish reports.
According to the administration’s guidelines, the definition of purely electrically powered vehicle include battery electric vehicles (BEV) or fuel cell vehicles including hydrogen or methanol, the announcement explains.
