Svolt Energy's IPO is suspended
The Shanghai Stock Exchange has announced that the initial public offering of Chinese battery company Svolt Energy Technology has been suspended, Kallanish learns.
Because the financial materials that Svolt Energy submitted with its IPO application passed the effective period, an additional submission is required. The stock exchange paused its IPO screening based on related regulations.
