Spanish EV sales increase 51% in October
Spain sold 10,045 new passenger electric vehicles in October, marking a 50.9% year-on-year increase, Kallanish learns from the country’s car manufacturers association ANFAC.
Battery electric vehicles (BEV) reported a strong growth of 87.6% y-o-y, with 5,055 new units registered in the month. Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), on the other hand, sold 4,990 units – a 25.7% increase compared to October 2022.
