Spain approves €794m in state aid for green H2 projects
The Spanish government on Tuesday approved €794 million ($859m) in state aid for seven green hydrogen projects with a total capacity of 652.2 megawatts (MW).
The projects – five hydrogen valleys and two new industrial applications – are expected to unlock over €6 billion in investments across their life, says the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO).
