Solaris receives order for 90 hydrogen-powered buses in Venice
Polish bus maker Solaris has announced it will deliver 90 hydrogen-powered buses to the transport company Azienda Veneziana della Mobilita (AVM) for deployment in Venice, Italy, Kallanish reports.
The order includes 75 units of the 12-metre Urbino hydrogen and 15 articulated Urbino 18 hydrogen buses, with an option to increase the order with another 18 vehicles. The deliveries will begin in November 2025, with plans to be completed by 2026.
