SILICON: Injury discovered in silicon case, US says

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has found evidence of material injury in its investigation of silicon metal from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland and Kazakhstan, Kallanish reports.  The injury determination means that the anti-dumping and countervailing duties previously identified by the US Department of Commerce can be applied retroactively.  Iceland is the exception - critical circumstances were not found in that case.  The domestic …
