Siemens Mobility to start H2 train tests in Bavaria

Germany’s Siemens Mobility and train operator Bayerische Regiobahn (BRB) have signed a leasing contract for a hydrogen-powered train prototype, Kallanish reports. The undisclosed deal covers a 30-month pilot operation of the Siemens train, known as Mireo Plus, on BRB’s rail network.
