Shell takes FID on German green H2 project
British oil giant Shell has taken a final investment decision (FID) on its 100-megawatt green hydrogen project in Germany, Kallanish reports.
The so-called Refhyne II project is expected to produce 44 tonnes/day of green hydrogen using renewable electricity, Shell said Wednesday. It plans to begin operations in 2027.
