Scrapped lithium battery material prices dip
In China, during the trading week ending on Friday 28 July, the prices of scrapped lithium battery materials dropped week-on-week, Kallanish notes.
According to Digital Lithium Battery's (Shuzilidian) data, on Friday, the average market price of scrapped lithium cobalt oxide batteries (20%-24% cobalt content) dropped to CNY 58,000/tonne ($8,106/tonne) from CNY 59,000/t, an on-week decline of about 1.7%.
