Sandvik picks up computer design, drafting company
Sweden’s Sandvik has acquired US-based Cambrio, a design software specialist.
Financial terms were not disclosed, though Sandvik notes that Cambrio had revenues of about $68 million in 2020. Cambrio will be rolled into Sandvik’s design and planning automation division, Kallanish understands.
