Russia’s Avtotor to produce EV, hydrogen cars
Russian carmaker Avtotor intends to start the production of electric vehicles (EVs) and cars powered by hydrogen fuel, according to company’s founder Vladimir Shcherbakov.
“We have created an engineering centre in Kaliningrad and together with Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (IKBFU), we are starting to fill it with specialists,” he adds in online event on 25 November.
