Russian nanomaterial increases capacity of lithium-ion batteries
Russian scientists from the National Research Technological University MISIS (NUST MISIS) as part of an international team were able to increase the capacity and extend the service life of lithium-ion batteries, NUST says.
According to the researchers, they have synthesised a new nanomaterial that could replace the low-efficiency graphite used in lithium-ion batteries today.
