Russia may lower export duties on metals: minister
Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade sees grounds for lowering duty rates on the export of certain types of ferrous and non-ferrous products from Russia, said the head of the ministry Denis Manturov during the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok.
