COPPER: Russia, Kazakhstan to develop Tarutinskoye copper field
The governments of Russia and Kazakhstan have defined the principles of conducting economic activities in the border area at the Tarutinskoye (Russia) and East Tarutinskoye (Kazakhstan) copper fields.
