Russia eyes 25,000 EVs, hydrogen charging stations by 2030
Russia plans to begin a radical energy transition by 2030 in favour of electric transport, says the government.
It approved the concept for the production of at least 25,000 electric vehicles (EVs) by 2024, Kallanish notes. The plan will be implemented in two stages: from 2021 to 2024 and from 2025 to 2030.
