Russia announces possible new EV production
The Russian Concordia company for electric vehicles (EVs) will present in May its new compact Urbis electric car, Kallanish notes.
Serial production of Urbis could appear in September, the enterprise claims. By the end of the year, Concordia plans to produce about 100 commercial copies.
