Rosneft plans to produce carbon-neutral hydrogen
Russian oil company Rosneft will consider the possibility of using carbon capture, utilisation and storage technologies (CCS/CCUS) at existing hydrogen plants, the company says.
These technologies will significantly reduce emissions, switch to the production of blue hydrogen and are part of the implementation of the carbon management plan until 2035.
