Rock-chip assays pave way for drilling at Astute Metals project
Australian firm Astute Metals NL has reported rock chip assay results of up to 2,190 parts-per-million lithium from its project in Nevada, US.
In total, 36 samples were taken from the company’s 100%-owned Red Mountain lithium project. When collecting samples, Astute targeted claystone as well as other outcropping to subcropping rock types, aiming to identify the project’s lithium mineralisation potential.
