ReCarbon joins H2Renewables to convert landfill gas to hydrogen
Santa Clara, California-based Recarbon Inc has entered into a waste gas supply agreement with H2Renewables LLC of Cleveland, Tennessee, to convert landfill emissions into hydrogen fuel.
The initial agreement covers five landfills. The pilot site in McDonald, Tennessee, is projected to produce 12 tonnes/day of green hydrogen, with other prospective sites capable of producing up to 60 t/d.
