RARE EARTH, NICKEL, COBALT: Megawatt buys Australian mining claims
Canadian firm Megawatt Lithium and Battery Metals Corp has finalised a share exchange agreement with 1260945 B.C. Ltd to acquire all outstanding shares of TargetCo, giving the company total control of its mines in the Northern Territory and New South Wales, Australia, Kallanish reports.
