RARE EARTH: American Resources to acquire Energy Technologies
American Resources Corp, a supplier of rare earth and critical elements, says it has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire Energy Technologies, a rare earth and carbon technology company that specialises in analysing and separating materials for recovery with its patented technologies, Kallanish reports.
