Putin studies 3 tidal power projects for hydrogen export
Russian president Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to consider the creation of new sites for the production of hydrogen and ammonia by 1 March, 2022, using the energy generated by tidal power plants (TPP), including Penzhinskaya, Tugurskaya and Mezenskaya.
