Prairie Lithium verifies brine extraction technique
Canada’s Prairie Lithium has validated its proprietary lithium brine extraction technology via a third-party lab, Kallanish reports.
The company’s so-called Prairie Lithium ion exchange (Plix) technology is able to pull 99.7% of available lithium from brine produced from the company’s assets in Saskatchewan, Canada. It also eliminates the need for solar evaporation ponds.
