Pan Asia Metals to buy major Chilean lithium project
Australian lithium miner Pan Asia Metals (PAM) has signed binding option agreements to buy 100% of the Tama Atacama lithium project in Chile, from Rajo Partnership.
Tama Atacama, one of the largest lithium brine projects in South America, spans around 1,200 square kilometres across three salt flats (salars). It is made up of the Dolores North, Dolores South, Pozon and Pink projects. PAM is also acquiring the northern half of the adjacent Ramatidas project.
