Novo Resources, SQM form lithium-nickel Australian JV
Australia-listed Novo Resources has entered into a strategic joint venture with Chilean lithium giant SQM to explore lithium and nickel in Australia, Kallanish reports.
Under the deal, Novo will sell a 75% interest in five of its lithium-nickel tenements in West Pilbara to SQM Australia for AUD 10 million ($6.8m).
