Norway’s EVs hit record high sales in four months of year
Norway has recorded an all-time high in the number of new electric vehicles registrations in the first four months of the year, the country’s Road Traffic Information Council said this week.
There were 26,380 new EV sales in the Jan-April period, compared to 20,021 a year ago. Sales in April alone totalled 7,227 units, which represents an increase of 96.9% year-on-year and accounts for a 55% market share of all sales in the month.
