Nornickel delivers cargoes via winter road for the first time
Russian miner Nornickel is exploring alternative routes for cargo delivery to Norilsk. This year, the company began to use another transport opportunity - the first cargo was delivered to Norilsk by winter road from Novy Urengoy, Kallanish notes.
