NIO opens flexible battery upgrade services
NIO has officially launched a flexible battery upgrade service, currently available for users in mainland China (with the exception of Tibet) and the Macau region after the trial programme in some places in China earlier this year.
Users of the standard battery pack (70/75 kilowatt-hours) can rent a 100-KWh battery by spending an extra CNY 880 ($138.51) a month or CNY 7,980 a year, Kallanish learns.
