NickelSearch raises funds for nickel, lithium exploration
Australian miner NickelSearch has launched a fully underwritten AUD 2.4 million ($1.63m) rights issue to fund nickel and lithium exploration, Kallanish notes.
The firm is undertaking the fully underwritten non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer on the basis of one new fully paid ordinary share for every three shares held on 11 May at an issue price of AUD 0.07 per new share.
